LEFIELD’s window film is self-adhesive, yet contains no glue – it sticks statically and holds in place using only water. The only tool needed for installation is the included squeegee. This makes mounting quick and easy!

The statically adhesive window films require only water, which is sprayed onto the window beforehand, to stick. No glue, easy application! Use the included velvet squeegee to smooth out the film with ease.
No residue
Thanks to the self-adhesive property, no residue remains on the window when the film is removed. No residue on the window. This means you can use the film without worry as a tenant. Don’t want to cover the entire window? Simply peel the film off gently and cut it to fit your preferences.

FAQs bout self-adhesive window film
Yes! The great thing about self-adhesive window film is that it can be remoistened and reapplied after removal. Just be careful when rolling it up to avoid creases if you need to transport or store it. In the latter case, also make sure that no dust gets on the adhesive side.
Molecular attraction between the glass and the film creates a static bond that keeps the film attached to the window.
You can apply the film both on the inside and the outside. It’s easier to install on the inside, but you’ll get the best cooling effect with exterior installation.
If you have triple glazing, be sure to apply the film only on the outside, as heat can otherwise build up between the glass layers due to reflection, potentially causing the glass to crack!
It’s hard to say in general, but window films typically last for many years – ideally between 10 and 15 years.
Small dirt particles can damage your window glass. Just like with car paint, it’s best to give your window a quick clean beforehand.
Use the included felt squeegee to smooth out the film. It’s best to start at one corner and slowly work your way outwards, pressing the air out toward the edges.
For the self-adhesive window film to develop its static properties, you need a smooth surface – like your window glass. On rough surfaces, the film will come off quickly.
No worries! Since the film sticks without glue, simply peel it off carefully. Re-wet the film or the window and try again. You can repeat this process as often as needed – the film remains reusable.
